Who- The people who are affected are all the catholic people, the church's, popes, priests, cardinals, and most of the people in the world.

Why- I think this article is important because its good for everyone to know what is going on and happening in the world. It is important because it is making history and later on when people look back and research and wonder what all happened during the election. It is interesting knowing we are living threw it in the present time. I think it most deals with History because this is a very important current event that will change the world, and will make a big impact on the future.

Geological Time Activities

I learnt most about how the world first started, and tragedies that have happened in the past, also about how the world may form or get destroyed in the future. I thought it was good to watch YouTube videos because then we could physically see how the world has changed & how it will change in the future.

Does God Exist?

There can be very many different opinions to this question. I have talked to a bunch of different people who think God does not exist, and others who truly believe he does. Too me, I have been going to a catholic schools my whole life, so I have always believed that God does exist. My mom didn't go to a catholic elementary school or high school, but she still believes in God. I usually attend church with my family on Christmas and Easter, we don't do anything else that special or religious on those holidays. But yes, I do believe that God exists.

Impressions

When I first think about Social Studies, I think about maps, history, and economies, which I'm not too interested in any of those subjects. At first, I heard that in this class you'll receive a lot of assignments, and that it is sometimes difficult to finish them all on time, and it can get very frustrating. Which I'm glad that Mr. Vendermin gives us a lot of time to complete the assignments, even if you are a few days late handing it in. I like this class so far because I really enjoy our class, but the iPads can get frustrating at times, but other than that I think it'll be a good semester.
